If a member forgets their password, they can reset it online.
Step 1: Go to the Sign In page
On the Discover365 website, click Sign in.
Step 2: Click Reset password
Select the Reset password or Forgot password link on the sign‑in page
Step 3: Enter your registered email address
Use the email address linked to your Discover365 membership.
Step 4: Check your email
You’ll receive an email from the Discover365 Customer Service Team with a secure link to reset your password.
- Check your junk or spam folder if it doesn’t appear straight away
Step 5: Create a new password
Click the link in the email and follow the prompts to set a new password.
If You’re Still Unable to Log In
If a member:
- Doesn’t receive the reset email
- Gets an error during password reset
- Is unsure which email address was used
They should contact Discover365 support directly.
