Bookings can be made online, by phone, or by email. One person, known as the Party Leader, manages the booking, confirms agreement to the terms, and is responsible for payments and communication. Once payment is received, a binding contract is formed, so it is important to review the confirmation carefully and report any errors within 14 days.
How Bookings Are Made
Bookings can be made in a way that suits you:
- Online
- By phone
- By email
For every booking, one person in your group is nominated as the Party Leader. This person plays an important role in managing the booking and acts on behalf of all travellers.
Party Leader Responsibilities
The Party Leader must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Make the booking on behalf of all travellers
- Confirm that all travellers agree to the booking terms and conditions
- Take responsibility for payments and ongoing communication with Arrivia
Booking Confirmation
Once all required payments have been received, Arrivia will issue a Booking Confirmation Invoice. At this point, a legally binding contract is formed between the traveller and the supplier.
Important Reminder
It is essential to review your booking confirmation carefully. If you notice any errors, they must be reported within 14 days. After this time, changes may be limited or not possible depending on supplier terms.
